You do know, that if the government of the United States can waterboard suspected criminals/terrorists/whatnot, then we can't really complain when other countries do it. So if you want us to be able to waterboard, then you want Vladimir Putin to be able to waterboard. Musharraf too. Sarkosy. Quaddafi. Or any of these guys.If their suspects just happen to be Americans. Whether business people or soldiers or even tourists, then they can waterboard Americans. I am waiting for Al Qaeda to discover the loophole and start waterboarding Americans.
